Hi there!

I'm Candace Toscano, and I’m so excited to share a bit about myself with you! As both a real estate and interior design professional, I’ve spent over 14 years owning and operating my own interior design boutique, which is now located in downtown Clearwater. It’s been a joy to transform countless spaces into beautiful reflections of my clients' personalities and lifestyles.

Originally from the picturesque landscapes of Colorado, my family and I made the leap to sunny Florida in 2021. The promise of year-round sunshine and vibrant coastal living was too good to resist—especially since I’m not a fan of the cold! Since then, we’ve embraced the Florida lifestyle with open arms, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Before venturing into interior design, I spent over 10 years working in new home sales, where I gained extensive experience guiding clients through the exciting yet complex process of buying or building a home. This background gives me a unique perspective and allows me to combine my knowledge of construction, builder relationships, and design to help my clients create homes that are not only functional but also deeply personal.

At home, I’m surrounded by my incredible family: my supportive husband, three of our five amazing children, a cat, and our two spirited dogs - a Chihuahua, El Chapo, and Mini Schnauzer, Louis Pierre, who rarely leave my side. Family is everything to me, so I understand the importance of finding not just a house but a true home—a place where you can create memories and build your life.

When I’m not busy helping clients discover their dream homes or designing spaces that inspire, you’ll often find me indulging in my passions. I love painting and exploring the arts, and I’m always energized by visiting galleries or creating something new. Travel is another big part of my life—New Orleans holds a special place in my heart with its vibrant culture and soulful energy.

I also believe in constantly investing in myself and my craft. I take a continuing education class for real estate or interior design at least once a month to stay ahead of trends and refine my expertise. Beyond that, I make it a point to take an additional class in something new—whether it’s business, art, or a unique skill. Learning and growing are passions I deeply value, as they not only benefit my work but also enrich my life and perspective.

I love diving into a great book or losing myself in a true crime podcast. And if there’s a chance for an adventure? I’m in—whether it’s trying a new restaurant, taking an impromptu road trip, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach.
